Sedat ÇIRTLIK

He graduated from Ankara University, Department of Political Science in 1990. He started his professional career as tax inspector at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Turkey in 1991, and continued as chief tax inspector until 2022.

He was a member of the Report Evaluation Commission and the Advisory Board at the Ministry of Finance. He instructed Tax Procedural Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Corporate Income Tax law, VAT Law, Revision and Tax Techniques and Cost Accounting courses during his tenure at the Ministry of Finance.

He has several articles in tax law and is a significant contributor to the publications of "Principles and Fundamentals of Audit" and "Preparation of Tax Declaration Guide". 

He was an exam commission member for Sworn-in CPA exams.
